Overview

As the Lead Designer for the OneApp V3 project at Pluxee (formerly Sodexo), I spearheaded the redesign of a native mobile application serving over 2 million users across six Latin American countries. The app, which integrates over 80 features, is essential for managing the daily transactions and benefits of Pluxee card users. My responsibility was to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, considering the diverse needs of users in multiple markets and aligning the design with the company’s rebranding efforts.

Problem

The previous version of the OneApp had usability issues that led to user frustration, including a cluttered interface and inconsistent navigation across features. This resulted in a fragmented experience, making it difficult for users to manage their accounts, locate nearby merchants, or access exclusive promotions efficiently. The challenge was to overhaul the user flows and visual design to create a cohesive, user-friendly experience that could accommodate all the app’s features, while also supporting the rebranding and ensuring adaptability across various countries.
