How I accidentally became the translator between designers and developers

I was born in Venezuela, studied Computer Engineering because I dreamed of making videogames, and somehow ended up discovering something I enjoy even more: building products that improve people’s everyday lives.

Somewhere along the way I realized I was always sitting between designers and developers. Designers appreciated that I understood code. Developers appreciated that I understood design. Eventually I stopped choosing sides and became the translator, and today that’s still my favorite place to be.

Helping teams communicate better, build smarter systems, and lately, teaching AI to handle the repetitive work so humans can focus on solving the interesting problems.
