Overview
This project involved a complete redesign of a venue rental and event management platform, spanning from lead capture to event organization and calendar management. The We Talks platform offers modern, fully equipped venues for professional events such as conferences, workshops and meetings. The redesign improved the user experience, making it easier to manage bookings and streamline the organization of day-of activities, ensuring a seamless experience for organizers and attendees.
Problem
The main problem we addressed was the complexity and lack of efficiency in managing rentals and planning events on the platform. The previous system presented difficulties for users when coordinating bookings, organizing calendars and handling day-of logistics. The interface did not facilitate an intuitive experience or a clear overview of activities, which impacted the productivity and success of events.
