WEtalks is a Venezuelan startup specializing in modern event space rentals and management. Their legacy system relied on manual booking processes, scheduling, and logistics, leading to inefficiencies (e.g., 20+ minutes per reservation). The platform needed two parallel interfaces: a customer-facing site for discovering/spaces, and an admin dashboard for managing events, budgets, and participant tracking—all while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.

Approach

Research & Strategy

Interviewed users to understand pain points in reservation and event management.
Mapped user journeys for customers (booking flow) and admins (dashboard management).

Design Execution

Designed a customer-facing website with an intuitive booking flow and real-time availability.
